Bio

Hi, my name is Max! I've wanted to lose a bit of weight, so I started this blog with the idea to experiment with a bunch of different diets and see how they work for me, so I can share my findings with you. Because I have a masters degree in epidemiology/public health, I am also interested in nutritional epidemiology, and plan on exploring that a bit.
